This policy explains what information QuoteFlow collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using QuoteFlow, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: your name and email address when you register, and a password stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider.
Business profile: the business name, phone, email, logo, and brand colors you save in Settings.
Contract and client data: the contracts, quotes, line items, client names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses you enter into the app.
Photos and files: job-site photos and line-item photos you upload, which are stored so you can generate photo-based quotes and share them with your clients.
Location (optional): if you grant permission, we use your device location only to tailor regional pricing estimates. You can decline and use every other feature.
Usage analytics: basic, anonymous information about how the app is used (for example, that a quote was created), which does not identify your clients.
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number. We keep a record of your subscription status and purchase history so we can manage your plan.
To provide the service: create and store your contracts, generate AI-assisted quotes from text or photos you submit, translate content, and share contract links with your clients.
To process payments and manage your subscription plan.
To support you: respond to questions and requests you send through the app's contact page.
To improve the app: aggregated, de-identified usage patterns help us decide what to build next.
When you ask the app to generate a quote, the scope text or photos you provide are sent to an AI service to produce suggested line items and pricing. Only the content needed to generate your quote is sent. Do not upload photos or text containing information you are not comfortable with an AI provider processing.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with: the service providers that host the app and its database; the payment processor for subscriptions; the AI provider when you request AI features; and law enforcement or authorities where required by law. Contract share links are accessible to anyone with the link — share them only with your intended client.
Your data is retained while your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for record-keeping. We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and per-account access controls so users can only access their own contracts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access, correct, or delete your business profile and contract data at any time within the app. You can permanently delete your account and its data using the Delete Account option in Settings. Location permission can be revoked at any time in your device settings. If you have questions about your data, reach us through the app's contact page.
QuoteFlow is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you in the app and update the "Last updated" date above.
